In September, we enter Creation Season or Creationtide, the period in the annual church calendar, dedicated to God as Creator and Sustainer of all life. It provides us with an opportunity to give thanks for God’s gift of creation and to renew our commitment to caring for it. All our services from Sunday 6th September through to Sunday 11th October (Harvest Festival) will have this special theme and we have a series of visiting speakers. To start us off, on Sunday 6th we will be welcoming Lissy Steen from the charity A Rocha, whose Eco Church initiative is this year celebrating its 10th anniversary.
